Returns of goods
`You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a refund if you are not satisfied with the product you received. In such a case, you must inform us of your intention to receive a refund at email@example.com and must return the goods to the address below:

You will be refunded as soon as we find that the goods have been returned and in good condition. However, if the subject of your refund should be damaged goods, we will not pay attention to the condition of the goods and will make the refund upon receipt.
In all cases, the refund must be approved by the craftsman, the artist or the merchant when the conditions apply.
In any case, we advise you to take pictures of the elements that are damaged in order to keep track of any problems with the shipping methods.
We can not control the treatment between the time of sending and the time of receipt. We are not responsible for delays or inconsistency in shipments. However, we invite you to share any discomfort related to this problem and we will endeavor to understand the reasons for the irregularity.
We are very concerned to provide an extremely fast and accurate service. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so as soon as possible after the confirmation of your order. Send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your cancellation and include as much detail as possible so that your order can be easily retrieved.
We only offer quality products, which in other words means that you are required to inform us of any irregularities in the quality of the products. If the quality of the product is not up to your expectations, you have 30 days to request a refund and exercise your right of return of goods.
